Work Experience: Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in an international call center.
Responsibilities:
- Contact leads generated online and engage with them effectively to promote company offers and services.
- Provide detailed information about company products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns to facilitate sales conversions.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls and emails to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within an international call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals in an international setting.
